Client F.A.Q

How do you typically charge? Per hour or per project?

For smaller jobs we charge per hour. For larger projects and complete website projects, we charge per project. We normally require 50% deposit and the balance due when the project is complete.

What are your rates?

Our standard rate for web development services is $75/hr.

What is your standard turnaround time?

We are very responsive and normally complete small changes within 24 hours, or even the same day. For all larger projects, we provide an estimated project plan at the beginning of the project so we are all on the same page.

Do you provide maintenance and support?

Yes! We offer comprehensive maintenance plans to cover all of your needs. From database backups to small content changes, we can come up with a plan that fits your business.

Do you work on retainer?

We do work on retainer. We prefer long term client relationships and some clients prefer the ease of a retainer setup. Retainers offer discount rates for longer commitments. Contact us for more information regarding retainer relationships.
